This 100% Solid Pine Wood Bed can be purchased either as a Captain's Bed with a trundle that has 3 drawers, or as a standalone York Bed. It is a great addition to any adult, juvenile or kid's room. 2.5 inch posts with decorative grooves at the top make it very strong. 12 wood slats are included which eliminates the need and an expense for a box-spring. Any standard twin size mattresses will fit his bed. An optional regular trundle can accommodate any standard twin mattresses up to 8.25 inches high. For additional storage you can add 1 set of 2 drawers (both on one side) or 2 sets of 2 drawers (2 on one bed side and 2 on the other). York bed is available in 3 colors (Mahogany, Honey Pine and Java) and in Twin size only.
